We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, and password when you register. We also collect usage data including queries made, token counts, and session information.

• To provide and improve the Service
• To process payments via Stripe
• To enforce rate limits and usage policies

• To analyze aggregate usage patterns

3. Your Queries

Queries you submit are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses. We log query counts and token usage for billing purposes. We do not store the full content of your queries beyond what is necessary for rate limiting.

4. Data Sharing

We share data with:

• Stripe — for payment processing
• Anthropic — your queries are processed by Claude API

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. API keys are stored securely and never exposed in client-side code. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us at privacy@voxly.gg. We will process requests within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use session cookies necessary for authentication. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
